'Anari No. 1' is a story of two identical-looking men (Govinda). One of them is a millionaire, while the other is a waiter at a 5-star restaurant, who dreams of becoming rich overnight. The waiter's friend hatches a plot to kidnap the millionaire and plant the waiter in his place. However, their plan goes tipsy-topsy when an extertionist kidnaps the millionaire instead.
