Surya (Akshay Kumar) gets disowned by his father, Satyakant Shastri (Mithun Chakraborty) after he commits a crime. Later seeks a shelter with the mafia lord Big Boss (Danny Denzongpa). Shastri\'s younger son Shiv (Shiv Pandit) falls for Ankita (Aditi Rao Hydari) and beats up her future hubby. This creates a chaos and lands Shiv behind the bars of the stone hearted, ruthless cop Ayushman Thakur (Ronit Roy), who co-incidentally is an elder brother of Ankita. Facing a dreadful humiliation, Shastri thinks of teaching Ayushman a deserved lesson and calls his forbidden son Surya, now Boss (Akshay Kumar), a Mafia kingpin. Knowing the current situation, Boss has his blood boiling and soon seeks a revenge from the nasty Ayushman.
