Storyline
This animated movie gives a social message of environment conservation. Few animals from a forest undertake a journey to the Parliament in Delhi to question the government as their home, the forest gets on the verge of destruction.

Plot
The residents of the national park welcome a bright sunny morning, birds singing away merrily, animals running around with joy, Sultan and his cub playing by the lakeside. The jungle has an air of joy and peace. A distant thunder breaks the silence and a closer look reveals the jungle being raided by man and machine destroying everything in its path. Sultan tries to fight a futile battle and ends up losing his life.
The night has a very tense air as all the animals gather around with fear in their heart, discussing their fate of losing their habitat to human beings. Yuvi, Suiltans cub, tries to reason with the elders, urging them to not give up their homes.
Everyone is convinced that it is futile to fight humans, and the only option is to leave and move to a safer home. The hot headed militant monkey, Bajrangi, wants to declare a full scale war against the humans taking over their homes. But the anger management Guru, Bagga the bear, has a more civilized suggestion. He believes that all problems could be sorted out through peaceful discussions. So the best way to get back their homes is to have a dialog with the humans, win their hearts and their own homes. The only problem being that no one can speak the human language. Air India, the pigeon recommends Alex, the talking parrot who can come to their rescue.
With hope in their hearts, Yuvi, Bajrangi, and Bagga decide to kidnap Alex from his luxurious golden cage. However, their hope turns to despair as the talking parrot Alex hates animals. Loves humans. And wants nothing to do with the problems of these barbaric animals especially, the primitive ape. Bajrangi. Also Alex is sure that such issues need to be addressed in the parliament at Delhi.
Now starts a journey from Mumbai to Delhi. From hate to love. From enmity to friendship as a motley group of five animals travel across India with a message. A message that they discover not only plagues their homes, but the homes and lives of thousands of other animals on the way.
The journey across the country becomes a journey where enemies become friends and a family comes together to fight for what rightfully belongs to them – A HOME

DELHI SAFARI is an animated 3D film directed by Nikhil Advani which releases on 19th October, 2012. There are animated characters in it but voice over is given by leading stars such as Suniel Shetty, Boman Irani, Govinda, Akshay Khanna etc.Story : Its story starts from the National Park of Mumbai National Park where a builder is encroaching in the forest so that he could construct a housing complex. He also promises homes close to nature. For this purpose he has to cut tress and above all kill animals.From here begins the journey of different kinds of animals living in that jungle such as a leopard, a monkey, a bear and a parrot, who fight for justice. Eventually, all decide to take on the builder and for this purpose they go to New Delhi. There, in the presence of the media, they protest in front of the parliament.What happens then? Do they get success in saving their homes? How they save their homes? Such queries are shown in the remaining part of the film.Performance : The animated characters are not of very high quality but they entertain you a lot and do not let you notice their drawbacks. Voice over of Govinda, Suniel Shetty, Boman Irani, Akshay Khanna is good.Script : Nikhil Advani has developed the plot in an interesting manner. He has also written its screenplay which is good but its dialogues by Milap Zaveri and Girish Dhamija's are just brilliant and meaningful. They have created a lot of laughter moments in this movie.Direction : Nikhil Advani has applied good sense in directing it. He has made a serious subject comical and has entertained you a lot. He has made this film not only for children but for all age groups. His sense of characterization is great in this film. He has tried to send an important message of protecting animals, a message many NGOs and government agencies are finding hard to spread. And this he has done in comical manner which works.He has also used the voice over of big stars such as Govinda, Suniel Shetty, Boman Irani in an appropriate manner which appears good.Plus Points : The Message; Funny Dialogues; Comical Ways of FightingMinus Points : Unnecessary Song Pop UpsConclusion : It is a well made animated film. Though it is made for children, adults should also watch it. It is a good quality 3D animation entertainer.Verdict : It will entertain all age groups. It is worth watching!
