A huge amount of money gets stolen during an attack and an atrocious gang war starts in the city of Mumbai. In order to stop the fearful blood shedding in the deadly gang wars, Mumbai police arranges four daredevil police officers Madhav Sinha (Mahakshay Chakraborty), Eklavya Karmarkar (Suniel Shetty), Eric Collaco (Johny Lever) and Naeem Shaikh (Kay Kay Menon) to stop these gang wars. These brave officers seize the most dreadful underworld don of city Mukhtar Menon (Zakir Hussain) in the detention. Mukhtar Menon is the mastermind behind the horrific gang wars in the city and as he wants the bountiful amount of money for his selfish reasons. The money has been stolen by some unknown strangers and he wants all the wealth. To find out the location of the money, Mukhtar starts gang wars with the other gangsters. While Mukhtar is in the police lockup and is under the strict check of the police, the gang wars still continue.

To scrutinize this case, a CBI officer named Yugantar Sharma (Mithun Chakraborty) comes down to Mumbai from Delhi in a quest for the spy who has infiltrated the investigation. The CBI officer creates a thorny situation which assists the investigation department to find out the real offenders. The further game of hide and seek between officer Sharma and the culprits solves the whole mystery behind gang wars and the theft of money.
