Bhola (Arshad Warsi) is a fraud who marries women just for their money and moves to another after using them monetarily. Chaurasiya, one of the relatives of one of Bhola's wives comes into the scene. Chaurasiya, coincidentally, finds out the truth about Bhola. He decides to expose Bhola and does the next right thing anyone with a sane mind will do - joins him. Chaurasiya and Bhola hunt some women together until they reach Chanda - a loudmouth gangster.

Bhola Prasad Tripathy (Arshad Warsi) has hit upon the perfect scheme for easy living -- marry rich women and live off their wealth -- for a while at least, before moving on. He has about a dozen wives scattered between Lucknow and Benaras. He seems to be having the luck of the devil, but his good fortune deserts him when he chances upon Murari (Saurabh Shukla). Murari is a private detective who happens to be the uncle of one of his wives.

Fraud Saiyaan is centred around this man who operates on the assumption that the quickest way to a woman's heart is to ask her to marry him. Since he is the hero of a Hindi film, obviously his theory works. So effective is it that women seem to be waiting at every corner simply to be hitched to him.

Gone are the days when the audience cheered and enjoyed a film that revolved around conning and objectifying women. Times have changed and we are in the age of women's empowerment. And so it comes as a surprise -- I'm quite appalled, actually! -- that a film like Fraud Saiyaan has actually been released.

Bhola Prasad Tripathi (Arshad Warsi) is a con artist in North India who marries 13 times and is happy to live-off women who seem to want sindoor and 'satisfaction' in that order. He, in turn, wants their wealth. This serial killer goes from Lucknow to Varanasi, merrily marrying women along the way, sometimes even siring a child but he doesn't get caught.
