Gopal (Ajay Devgn), Madhav (Arshad Warsi), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), Laxman Prasad (Shreyas Talpade) and Laxman (Kunal Khemu) return to the orphanage where they spent their childhood and teenage after they learn about the sudden demise of Jamnadas, the founder of the orphanage. There they meet Anaa (Tabu) and Damini (Parineeti Chopra). Anaa has special powers to see and talk to ghosts. She convinces all the boys to move back to their old neighborhood in on rent. There is something fishy and suspicious about the new house. There is a story attached to it that the boys need to unfold and sort it out. Will they come together and resolve the ghostly issue?
