One of India's leading ad agencies witnesses a great upheaval, when the battle for the top most position in the company between the much respected CEO Rahul (Arjun Rampal) and Maya (Chitrangada Singh) an ambitious young woman, takes an unexpected twist, when she files a sexual harassment complaint against the CEO.

Now a great responsibility lies on the shoulders of the committee that has been set up by the agency to find out the truth and ascertain who is lying. In the end, there will be only one who will secure the top position with the reputation unharmed. Will the committee ever be able to get deep into the matter and find out the truth?
