Six citizens gather at damaged mill dressed as well-known Indian historic personalities for 50th Anniversary of India's Independence Day parade. While they await for the delayed parade to start, the oppressive atmosphere sets up, that makes them think over the issues of corruption and muscle power which exists in Post-independent India.
