A group of friends, Fatty (Varun Sharma), Bakshi (Santosh Barmola), Sabrina (Manjari Phadnis) and four more buddies, separated after their high school, plan for a reunion on a friend, Bakshi\'s yacht in Fiji. They all meet, hangout, party for a while until they get all boozed and fall asleep on the yacht. Without their concern, Bakshi flow the sail ahead, and all get pissed off upon his gesture. Within a while, everything cools down and all take a dip into the ocean. All in a gala mood, one of them mistakenly pulls up the ladder. Now all unaware of the consequences float in the water, finding a way out to get aboard until a hungry shark runs a cold vibe through their spine forcing them to find a way out soon!
