Ajay Devgn to collaborate with Anees Bazmee after 16 years; signs his comedy film, ‘Saade Saati’!

Ajay Devgn is going through the best time of his career. Last year he gave a hit and a blockbuster (Baadshaho and Golmaal Again) and this year as well, he has multiple films. The actor, who has a fair share when it comes to doing serious and light-hearted comedy flicks, has now signed a yet another comedy film. The film will be helmed by Anees Bazmee and it is titled Saade Saati.

A source in the know confirmed to a leading portal and added, “The movie is a comedy and it revolves around Ajay, who is suffering from 7 years of bad luck, which in astrological terms is called Saade Saati. The movie goes on floors this November and the rest of the cast is being finalised.”

In an interview with a leading tabloid, Anees Bazmee had confirmed the same and said, “So when I thought of a film with Ajay, I presented him with a crime thriller. In fact, over the last three years, I have narrated half-a-dozen stories to him and he turned them all down, finally telling me that he wanted to do a romance along the lines of Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha and I should write one keeping him in mind.”

In the past, Ajay has worked with Anees in two films and last time they collaborated in 2002’s film, Deewangee. So, with Saade Saati, the two will be joining hands after 16 years.
