It looks like Bollywood is running out of creative talents. Apart from unconventional acting and out-of-the-box direction, B-Town seems to be lacking the required talent needed to produce a wholesome script. So what there is a trend set to remake the cult classics.

Recently, Bollywood witnessed remakes of few of the classics placed in the archives of Indian cinema, whereas, few adaptations of the cult classics such as ' Don ' (1978), ' Agneepath '(1990) and ' Abhimaan '(1973) ( wobbly inspired ' Aashiqui 2 ') proved their best and enjoyed prosperity. There are few that added salt to the cake, including the remake flicks like ' Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag ' (remake of the blockbuster ' Sholay ') and ' Zanjeer ' (2013). However, whether the remake is a hit or a flop, it's majorly seen that there's something in common. Yes! it's the "Big B" Amitabh Bachchan .

No matter what, as the trend goes on Bollywood follows, so what so there's an possibility of another remake coming again from the actor Amitabh's archive. According to the news birdies chirping around, there are words about another AB senior's classic ' Ganga Ki Saugandh ' to be revived, then produced and directed by late Mr. Sultan Ahmed .

Reportedly confirming the above, the wife of the late. director, Mrs. Farah Sultan Ahmed reluctant enough about the thought said that there are several directors and producers approaching her to let go off the rights of the classic, which had Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha in lead. However, after noticing what happened to the recent remakes ' Zanjeer ' (2013) and ' Himmatwala ' (2013), Mrs. Ahmed is in no mood to be risking her hubby's potentials. She further stated that it's not all about the money, but rather what matters is the execution. And even if she plan's to revive the classic, she wills to nurture the original's essence adapted by modern times, as per the sources.
