Despite Vertigo Problem, Esha Gupta Performs a Dangerous Stunt for Prakash Jha's 'Chakravyuh'
It has been learnt that in spite of being a Vertigo sufferer, the model-turned actress Esha Gupta has performed a dangerous stunt for the filmmaker Prakash Jha's forthcoming film ‘Chakravyuh’.

It has been learnt that in spite of being a Vertigo sufferer, the model-turned actress Esha Gupta has performed a dangerous stunt for the filmmaker Prakash Jha 's forthcoming film ' Chakravyuh '.
Vertigo is a medical condition in which the sufferer gets the feeling of motion when he/she is stationary. The symptoms may also include nausea and vomiting. Esha Gupta is playing a tough IPS officer in ' Chakravyuh '. In order to justify her role she needed to shoot a scene in which she had to hang from a chopper in the mid-air. Initially she was terrified by the very thought of doing the scene and had also requested for a body double, but later on took up the challenge and gave the shot.
The former Miss India International and the ' Jannat 2 ' actress Esha Gupta was quoted saying, "I have been battling vertigo for a long time. It's something that I deal with on a daily basis. In fact, I recently shifted into my new apartment which is on the 11th floor, but I tell my friends how I will never look down from the balcony!"
She added, "I was supposed to be strapped mid-air in this helicopter for a scene. But when I saw my director in another chopper with a camera shooting me, I got the courage. So I got myself strapped to the harness, said my prayers and did the shot."
' Chakravyuh ' is slated to be released in October, 2012. It is produced and directed by Prakash Jha and stars Abhay Deol , Arjun Rampal , Esha Gupta , Om Puri and Kabir Bedi in pivotal roles.
