Details about Hrithik Roshan’s biopic film on Anand Kumar out!

BollywoodMDB has been updating our readers with the latest news regarding Hrithik Roshan ’s upcoming project. The handsome hunk is gearing up to work in a biopic film based on the genius mathematician Anand Kumar. There have been several reports of the film being shelved but, these are false alarms and the movie is very much in the making. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl , the man who helmed the much-appreciated film Queen. Hrithik met Anand personally to gain insights and understand him as a person. Here are some excerpts from their meeting.

Hrithik stated, “I had a very nice meeting with him. He’s a fantastic person. Apart from the movie, I have engaged in a lot of other conversations with him about his life. It’s an extremely inspirational journey.”

Anand Kumar also added his experience meeting the actor, he said, “I am aware that Hrithik doesn’t look anything like me. But I don’t think the physical resemblance is as important as understanding my personality. I feel Hrithik with his sensitive approach to characters will be able to project my thoughts, opinions and world view better than any other actor.”

"Both Hrithik and Vikas have kept me in the loop as they want to make the story as authentic as possible. They have taken a lot of research material from me and Vikas has promised that I will be consulted at every point during the research and writing process. I'm satisfied with the way it's shaping up," the mathematician further said.

For the female lead, actress Katrina Kaif had been approached she even met the mathematician and discussed the project. The photos of which went viral on the internet. But, things did not seem to be working out and reports claim that the actress has apparently turned down the project. Updates about the female lead are yet to be announced by the makers. Hrithik will go through intense preparations and workshops for this film.
