Kanha: Ayushman Khurana & Bhumi Pednekar fall in love in a sweet yet tangy way!

It is not new that people in the olden time used to express their thoughts and rants in subtle way by weaving it into a song and singing it. This approach is fairly adapted in recently released soundtrack from Shubh Mangal Saavdhan titled as Kanha featuring Ayushman Khurana and Bhumi Pednekar. The song does update us about how meticulously Mudit and Sugandha fall for each other and also sets a cute tone for rest of the video. Just watch and smile!

Much like teaser, trailer and earlier track Rocket Saiyyan, Kanha also gives innuendo about the genital problems Mudit is having, but the song and its lyrics describes the sweet struggle and hesitation one feels in the beginning stage of a relationship. The video walks us through many cute moments like Mudit fails to pay attention to Sugandha and even fails to not let her know the treat she brought was tasteless, teasing each other while listening to music in the part with one pair of headphones and many more.

Of course, vocals of Shashaa Tirupati give it a tangy and naughty tone totally justify the traditional lyrics, which also tempered by day-to-day words used in English, written and composed by Tanishq–Vayu. The composition itself is quite unique, earthy and yet keeps to the niche of the movie.

The film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan is directed by R S Prasanna and produced by Eros International, Colour Yellow Productions Pvt Ltd. The cast of this film includes Brijendra Kala, Shubhankar Tripathi, Anshul Chauhan, Anmol Bajaj. The film is set to release on 1st September next month and more songs and updates will be out.
