Payal Gosh: Vir Das is a very nice, sweet and cool guy!
Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi fame actress Payal Ghosh talks about her co-star Vir Das and how it to work with him was.
After working in many regional films, the glamorous actress Payal Ghosh is all set to make her Hindi film debut with the upcoming comic-caper Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi. Ace comedian and actor Vir Das is her hero in the movie. The actress says it was great working with the actor whose films she once enjoyed watching. Talking about Vir, she says she had never thought that one day the actor would be her hero in her first Bollywood film. “I have seen Badmaash Company and Delhi Belly. I know him since then. I found him to be a very good actor while working with him on Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi. I did not know he would be my hero in my debut Hindi film. It’s great.”
The actress feels that working with Vir was great. When it comes to similarities between the both, Payal finds themselves completely different from each other. “It was great working with him. He is a jovial guy. He is very nice, sweet and cool. People have this impression that he just does a lot of comedy but, in real life, he is very quiet. If I compare my personality with him, I blabber more than him. He is very quiet and observant. He is very intelligent. He is everything which I am not.”
Also starring Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal in important roles, Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi is slated to release on 15th September. The movie will clash with other much-awaited films like Simran and Lucknow Central.
