Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s versatility can give any actor a run for their money. Even if he does a dozen of films in a year, he ensures that his look and tone are diametrically different in each one of them. After impressing the audience with his last release Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, the talented actor is coming up with his next film titled Monsoon Shootout. The first poster of the film, announcing the release date, was released yesterday and was well received by the audience. Now the makers of the film have rolled out an engrossingly gripping teaser of the film.
The teaser intercuts between shots of crime and action scenes, giving us the peek into the diabolical world of the film. Nawaz’s character mouths a line in the film, which says “Ganghor toofani baarish se khatarnak kya ho sakta hai... Bin mausam barsaat”. The line sets the mood of the film. The teaser shows that the film is going to be relentlessly intense.
Monsoon Shootout is helmed by the award-winning director of the short film Bypass, Amit Kumar. Besides Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the crime saga also features Vijay Verma in the lead role.
Presented by Moving Pictures and produced by Sikhya Entertainment, it will arrive in cinemas on 15th December 2017.
