'The Good Road' screened at Harvard University
Sonali Kulkarni starrer 'The Good Road', India's official submission at 86th Academy Awards, was screened at Harvard University in US.
India's official submission at the 86th Academy Awards for the foreign language film category, 'The Good Road' was reportedly screened at Harvard University's Cambridge campus in Massachusetts in US. This movie produced by the National Film Development Corporation was screened at Harvard's University's South Asia Institute on Monday, December 9.
Gyan Correa, the director of 'The Good Road' interacted with the audience at the time of screening. The screening of the film was a part of an academic event organized for Harvard faculty, students and affiliates having a keen interest in the movies, as per the reports. The eminent actress Sonali Kulkarni, who played a prominent role of a mother in 'The Good Road' said that "This is another feather in the cap. This film is proving to be a genuine entertainer all over the world, which proves its merit. I wish I could attend the screening but my best wishes are with director Gyan Correa."
