Kay Kay Menon is back with a bang in a cop avatar in the upcoming film, ‘ Vodka Diaries ’. Soon after the teaser launch of the film, audiences were waiting for the full trailer and finally, a few minutes ago, the makers released the official trailer of the film. The trailer looks intense, gripping and nail-biting. Menon’s screen timing is the complete winner of the trailer. The layered trailer shows that the film revolves around a club called Vodka Diaries in Manali, where few murders have happened and ACP Ashwini Dixit ( Kay Kay Menon ) is the investigating officer of the murder cases. Apart from Menon, Mandira Bedi ’s brief role looks satisfying enough as the lead antagonist. All and all, the trailer is the complete suspense-thriller which is been missing for the last few months. Apart from Kay Kay and Mandira, the film also stars Sharib Hashmi , who plays Kay Kay’s colleague, a senior inspector. It also features Raima Sen , who will be seen as the owner of the club Vodka Diaries. The suspense thriller is directed by Kushal Srivastava and produced under the banners of K'Scope Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Vishal Raj Films and Production Pvt. Ltd.
The film will hit the theatres on 19th January, clashing with Arbaaz Khan ’s ‘ Nirdosh ’ and Sanjay Patel ’s ‘ Union Leader ’.
