Mouni and Adaa are NO longer part of ‘Naagin’ franchise, confirms Ekta Kapoor!
Ekta Kapoor gives farewell to Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan and now she will be bringing a new actress for ‘Naagin 3’.

After working for two successful seasons in the ‘Naagin’ franchise, Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan will no longer be seen in the third instalment of the popular show. The two actresses have amicably bowed out of the news has been confirmed by Ekta Kapoor herself, the producer of ‘Naagin’. She revealed that Mouni and Adaa are not a part of ‘Naagin 3’ and also shared a picture on her Instagram page asking people to guess the actress in the third part. The television queen captioned the picture, “A new Naagin arrives! As we bid Adieu to @imouniroy and @adaakhann from NAAGIN we welcome the NEW! Will soon reveal my new ‘naagin’ or should I say ‘NAAGINS’ #waitfornaagin3”.

Mouni commented on Ekta’s picture, "that hurt a little but am excited too". To which Ekta replied, "u will always be a part of Balaji! For now, bigger things await u!!!!!! My dearest we will miss u on naagin!" Earlier, Mouni opted out of the show as she is busy with her two back to back Bollywood films, ‘ Gold ’ and ‘ Brahmastra ’, and later Adaa confirmed the news of leaving the show as well.
Well, no doubt Ekta and Mouni share a special bond and both respects each other’s work, but it seems like Ekta doesn’t want Mouni to go away from her. A source has informed a leading daily, "There will possibly be some scenes which will have Mouni in flashbacks in the show this season, but Ekta Kapoor has offered Mouni a web series, for her digital video platform and Mouni is definitely doing it."
