A group of college friends, Achint (Nishant Malkani), Samrat (Hasan Zaidi), Maghesh (Ravish Desai), Sonia (Nandini Vaid), Maggie (Aparna Bajpai) and Neena (Radhika Menon) club together at the farewell treat of their friend, Neel, at a haunted Hotel Grandiouse, which was sealed for years after its manager committed suicide. Also, the hotel holds the history of being the mental hospital, which was fully ruined by the evil spirit.

After listening to such spine-chilling stories about the hotel, these warm blooded youngsters decide to spend their entire night at the spooky place. Least did they know that this daring night would turn out to be the most dreadful night of their life.
