Ambitious film director Rocks (Parvin Dabas) who wants to make it big into the industry after failing earlier, intends to make a horror-erotica film based on the 'Ragini MMS' scandal, which became popular for its explicit content and captured footage of unexplained events. For this he ropes in Sunny (Sunny Leone) one of the most popular porn stars and gets the help of Satya (Saahil Prem) for script writing who is a failed book writer.

Sunny's interview with Ragini, who is now in the mental asylum, turns into a horrific incident, whereby she is confronted by the vicious spirit still tormenting Ragini and threatens her. Soon the possessed Ragini is killed by the ghost.

Soon Rocks, Satya and Sunny visit the original haunted mansion which is the location for the shooting of their film, where they meet the other members Monali (Sandhya Mridul) and the lead porn actor Karan (Karan Mehra) with crew member Gina (Anita Hassanandani). However, no sooner they start with their work, they are confronted with that evil force which has been haunting the mansion for years.

It doesn't take much time to make the situation worst and finally things get out of hand. Finally, a popular psychiatrist (Divya Dutta) from New York, who handles cases not explained by medical science, is called who decides to help the trapped crew members.
