Handsome Commander Rustom Pavri (Akshay Kumar), Indian Navy arrives in India after six months post completing his official tour to London. As he comes to home, he comes to know about his wife Cynthia (Ileana D'cruz) is having an affair with a very affluent person, Vikram Makhija (Arjan Bajwa). Shocked Rustom kills Vikram in a series of events and he goes to police station and surrenders himself for this crime.

Vikram's sister Preeti (Esha Gupta) ensures Rustom should get punished in every possible way. The case arrives in the court and Rustom pleads not guilty. The courtroom drama fuels up the temperature with the mighty play of words from both the sides and ends up uncovering a mystery.
