Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt is back to do what he does best, sending chills down your spine with his blood-curdling, and terrifying horror films. The successful director, who last directed Raaz Reboot, is back with his next horror offering, titled 1921. The trailer of the film, starring Zarine Khan and Karan Kundra, has been just unveiled and if it is anything to go by, the audience is going to see a well-made horror film after a long time. Based somewhere in the United States, the film tells the story of a musician whose life changes after having multiple encounters with spirits in the sprawling place he resides in. Rose, who can see and talk to ghosts, comes to his rescue. What happens next, we can know only after watching the film.
Vikram Bhatt has made films in many genres, but he is mostly known for horror films like Raaz, Raaz 3D, Haunted and 1920. His last horror film Raaz Reboot, which was the fourth instalment of the hit Raaz franchise, did not work as per expectations. But the trailer of his upcoming film 1921 suggests that the film will bring Vikram back in the reckoning of those few Indian filmmakers who never go wrong when it comes to making films in the horror space.
Bankrolled by ASA Productions and Enterprises, 1921 is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 12th January 2018.
