Kalki Koechlin to become director
Kalki Koechlin will soon do theatre again, as she plans to direct some theatre plays.
The 2009 release 'Dev D' was her debut flick in Bollywood and Kalki Koechlin, the actress with unconventional looks, went on to play an array of roles in multiple off-beat films. And now, she desires to do something different other than acting. Kalki Koechlin will soon turn director, as she plans to do theatre again.
As per the report, Kalki is keen to direct some plays rather than helming the films. She is planning to return to theatre with an adaptation of Shakespeare's 'Hamlet'. Kalki has done with the filming for 'Happy Ending' and her kitty is full of projects like 'Severing Ties', 'Margarita With a Straw' and 'Jiah Aur Jiah'. Kalki Koechlin will be sharing the screen space with Richa Chadda in the upcoming film 'Jiah Aur Jiah'.
