Abhay Deol reveals what’s road blocking the sequel of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara!
The actors are ready for a sequel but this person is yet to give a nod on ZNMD 2.

In 2011, Zoya Akhtar helmed her second film, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara , and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The film featured an ensemble star cast of Farhan Akhtar , Hrithik Roshan , Abhay Deol , Katrina Kaif , Kalki Koechlin and Naseeruddin Shah and they gave one of the finest movies of this decade. The movie was loved so much by the masses that a sequel to it is in constant demand but even after 7 years that couldn’t have been possible. Want to know what’s road blocking it? Well, the actors are ready for a sequel but unless and until Zoya gives her nod, there will be no ZNMD 2.
Actor Abhay Deol , who had a pivotal role in the film, says the prime actors are ready for a sequel but Zoya is too busy with her other commitments. At an event, the actor said, “Talks have been there since the last film released (in 2011). I hope that Zoya will make a sequel of it. Hrithik tells her that, Farhan is also happy about it and even I tell her that, but Zoya obviously has to get free and have a story that she wants to tell. From our side, you can be sure, we all are ready to do the film, but now Zoya has to say that ‘Yes, I have the mood to write something for it’”.
Abhay, who is choosy about his films, will next be seen in a horror-comedy, Nanu Ki Jaanu , and he will also be seen in Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se .
