'RAEES': Farhan Akhtar's exit makes Nawazuddin Siddiqui lucky
Farhan Akhtar has been replaced by Nawazuddin Siddiqui to play a cop's role in Rahul Dholakia's film 'Raaes'
The prolonging delay in the shooting schedule has caused Farhan Akhtar's exit from his home production film 'Raees' and has made Nawazuddin Siddiqui lucky as he gets him replaced.
As per the sources, 'Raees' was scheduled to go on the floor by December 2014 but the untimely delay has caused the makers to reschedule its commencing date to February 2015. This latest development is clashing with the shooting dates of Farhan's 'Rock On!! 2' and has thus resulted in his exit. Therefore, Nazwazuddin will star in the cop's role which was earlier offered to Farhan.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, 'Raees' also stars Shah Rukh Khan in the role of a Gujarati don.
