After an impressive run in India, Sridevi starrer MOM to release in Russia, Poland and Czech Republic!
After doing good business at the domestic box office, superstar Sridevi’s acclaimed film MOM will now hit screens in Russia, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
After putting up an amazing show at the domestic box office, superstar Sridevi’s critically and commercially successful film MOM will now hit screens in Russia, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Directed by Ravi Udyawar and also starring Akshaye Khanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the revenge-drama film struck the right chord with the audience on the home turf and the same kind of reaction is expected from its release in the aforementioned markets. The movie will release in 21 screens in Russia, 9 screens in Poland and 3 screens in the Czech Republic in mid-October.
Talking about the success of MOM, producer Boney Kapoor told a daily, "With the kind of appreciation we have received for MOM across the world, we are pretty sure the audiences in Russia, Czech Republic, and Poland will give us a positive response. The film has a very strong message applicable universally, coupled with Sridevi's acting has made the film what it is. We are looking forward to releasing the film there and expanding our audience base,"
According to an official statement, the movie is also being dubbed in Russian so that it could attract more audience. MOM marks Sridevi's 300th film.
