The release date of Parmanu pushed to 2018 because of Padmavati?

The upcoming film Parmanu, starring John Abraham , Diana Penty , and Boman Irani in important roles has been attracting a lot of eyeballs because of its great content. The film is based on the nuclear tests conducted in Pokhran. As we all know that the film was earlier scheduled to hit screens on December 8, 2017. But if the latest reports are to be believed, the makers may shift the release date of the movie from December to early next year. It is being reported that filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali , who is ready with his magnum opus Padmavati , is also eyeing a release date in the first two weeks of the December. So that his ambitious film does not clash with Parmanu, SLB has reportedly met John Abraham to request him to delay the release of his film.

Reportedly, the makers of Parmanu have agreed to push the release of their film. But Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s request is not the only reason behind shifting the release date of the movie. Actually, some portions of the movie are yet to be shot which led the makers to push the film forward. The makers are planning to release the movie on a big scale as it has created a huge buzz in the market.

Meanwhile, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has unveiled the first look posters of his film. Featuring Deepika Padukone , Ranveer Singh , Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari in important roles, the film is a period drama based on the life of queen Padmavati.

On the other hand, Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran is based on the nuclear bomb test explosions conducted by India at the Indian Army's Pokhran Test Range in 1998.
